Totality Academy is a synthesis of multiple disciplines delivered to you through the principles of Kashmir Shaivism - the origin of Tantra. The academy is a resource for distilling esoteric and metaphysical wisdom to meet you at your current place in life. A key component of Tantra is practicality. Therefore, our approach is APPLICABLE and PRACTICAL. At Totality, we cultivate an integrated spirituality that is rooted in this world.
Enough of the woo - woo spirituality and all this manifestation without action. In fact, you don't even need to perceive anything as spiritual(including yourself) to improve quality of life from the practices.
